![]() Keep informed of the many after school programs and activities we offer at ‘The Dome’. ![]() Meets Tuesdays. Mrs. Banda brings together boys and girls in grades 6-8 to learn Mexican Folk Dancing. Participants learn about the culture and traditions associated with this style of dancing, as well as the costumes and attire involved. The group performs at school and various venues and events. Interested students, see Mrs. Banda in Room103. ![]() Meets Tuesdays from 2:30-4:30 in Room 105. Mr. Rundle and Ms. Williams sponsor the robotics club. Students work collaborative to design and build a functioning robot that they will program to perform a variety of functions. Teams will compete against other groups in competitions in Phoenix and Tucson. Interested students, see Mr. Rundle in Room 103 or Ms. Williams in Room 107. ![]() Meets Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45-4:15pm. Mrs. Mendiola and Mrs. Wilhelmy work with students to develop proficiency in the English Language, so students may successfully access our curriculum. Using assessments, students will work in their area of greatest need. ![]() Migrant students meet with teachers to develop areas of need in Language Arts and Math through a variety of interactive activities and Study Island. Interested students, see Mrs. Marceau. ![]() CDMS is proud to begin our Knights' Chess Club. Students interested in learning this game and competing against other schools in Yuma County need to see Mr. George in Room 203. The Chess Club meets in Room 203 on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school. |
