Castle Dome Middle School is committed to literacy for all students. We believe that education is a family and community responsibility. Through collaboration, we can maximize the student's potential.

The CDMS ASIP (Arizona School Improvement Plan) Committee compiled data from student assessments and the Arizona School Improvement Rubric Needs Assessment to identify 6 goals in an effort to improve our school climate and culture, and student achievement.

We will:

• Close the achievement gap by 10% for our Hispanic and low Socio-economic subgroups.
• Ensure all Home-school communication is accessible to all parents.
• Schedule parent meetings a variety of times.
• Maintain English proficiency for all reclassified English Language Learners.
• Integrate technology in at least 25% of all lessons.
• Meet the needs of students in 100% of lessons using Differentiated Instructional practices.
